Professional Training
Interships or professional trai
ning are part of the program and have different foci depending on full – or part-time. The intership for full-time students is an opportunity to gain professional insights. The internship for part-time students is conceptualized as an opportunity for professionals to develop their expertise in areas of their interest. For example, by supporting other regional branches of the organization that they already work for or experiencing work at a similar yet different institutions. The interships are accompanied by supervision and reflection through a colloquium.
